Responsibilities


  • Manage a team of social media managers and executives

  • Develop and implement social media and social media marketing strategies

  • Prepare social media calendars

  • Data Analysis (Track reach & engagement of content on a daily basis, and use the insights to make changes in strategy)

  • Work closely with the Design Team to ensure creatives are original, engaging and appealing

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team & Growth Team for brand campaigns/activations

  • Manage the community by replying to comments and DMs

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

  • Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage various social media formats

  • Manage tight deadlines


Qualifications


  • Must have at least 4+ years of relevant work experience

  • Team handling experience is a must

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in working with cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in at least one social media tracking tool (Eg. Crowd Tangle)

  • Know how to work on at least one design tool (Eg. Canva)

  • Experience in social media marketing appreciated (for f&b/hospitality/lifestyle. brands)
