Requirements
Responsibilities
Manage a team of social media managers and executives
Develop and implement social media and social media marketing strategies
Prepare social media calendars
Data Analysis (Track reach & engagement of content on a daily basis, and use the insights to make changes in strategy)
Work closely with the Design Team to ensure creatives are original, engaging and appealing
Collaborate with the Marketing Team & Growth Team for brand campaigns/activations
Manage the community by replying to comments and DMs
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage various social media formats
Manage tight deadlines
Qualifications
Must have at least 4+ years of relevant work experience
Team handling experience is a must
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in working with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in at least one social media tracking tool (Eg. Crowd Tangle)
Know how to work on at least one design tool (Eg. Canva)
Experience in social media marketing appreciated (for f&b/hospitality/lifestyle. brands)
